These terms apply when you request, book or take part in a tour supplied by Morocco Off Road Tours. Your personalized proposal may contain trip-specific terms; if they differ, the accepted proposal controls that booking.
1. Our services and the contract
We provide private guided 4×4 tours, guided self-drive convoys, motorbike guiding and related travel arrangements in Morocco. Website descriptions invite enquiries and are not binding offers. A contract begins after our written confirmation and receipt of the stated deposit.
2. Prices and payment
Your quote identifies the total price, currency, schedule, payment method, group size, route, accommodation and inclusions. Bank or conversion fees are paid by the traveler unless stated otherwise.
3. Traveler responsibilities
Provide accurate information, valid travel and driving documents and suitable insurance. Tell us relevant dietary, medical or mobility needs and follow safety instructions while respecting local communities and property.
4. Routes, accommodation and safety
Wind, sand, rain, heat or closures can change distances, timing, tracks or accommodation. The guide may choose a comparable alternative when safety or quality requires it. Off-road travel has risks that cannot be fully removed.
5. Partners and exceptional events
Camps, guesthouses, transport providers and other partners may supply parts of the trip. We select partners carefully but are not responsible for events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, disasters, government action, border closures or transport disruption.
6. Changes and cancellation
The Booking and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Requested changes depend on availability and any costs explained before confirmation.
7. Complaints, law and contact
Raise concerns with your guide promptly and email us within 14 days after the trip if needed. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, bookings are governed by Moroccan law. Contact: moroccooffroadtours@gmail.com.
