Every expedition is built around your dates, route and travel style. Before you commit, the written proposal states the deposit, balance deadline and cancellation schedule.
1. Requesting a quote
A quote request is free and does not reserve a vehicle, guide or accommodation. We may ask for group size, room preferences, pickup, dietary needs and driving experience.
2. Confirmation and deposit
A booking is confirmed only after our written confirmation and receipt of the stated deposit. Availability may change until then. The lead traveler accepts the conditions for everyone named.
3. Balance payment
The balance is due on the date and by the method shown in the confirmation. Contact us before the deadline if a problem occurs. An unpaid booking may be released after reasonable notice.
4. Cancellation by the traveler
The lead traveler must email moroccooffroadtours@gmail.com. The schedule in the confirmed proposal applies. Deductions may include non-refundable supplier commitments and reasonable costs already incurred. Cancellation insurance is recommended.
5. Changes, delay and no-show
We try to accommodate date, route, accommodation or participant changes subject to availability. Costs are explained before confirmation. Tell us immediately about delays; unused services and extra costs may not be refundable.
6. Cancellation or change by us
If we cancel for reasons within our control, we offer a suitable alternative or refund services not supplied. In exceptional circumstances we seek postponement, credit or refund after unavoidable costs as permitted by law.
7. Weather, insurance and refunds
A route change for sand, weather or safety is not a cancellation if the essential trip remains possible. Obtain insurance for medical care, evacuation, cancellation, belongings and activities. Approved refunds are processed promptly; bank timing is outside our control.
